Ward Service Assignments

The Utah Area Presidency has reassigned the Perry Stake to serve at the North Ogden Peach Orchard, starting this year, rather than the Harrisville Cannery. Service will include pruning, thinning, and harvesting peaches. Please wear comfortable work clothes and bring gloves. Youth must be 16 or older for all orchard assignments EXCEPT the Stake Youth Service Day on April 22, which is open to youth ages 11-18.

Each auxiliary in our ward will take turns covering the assigned shifts, and a specific number of volunteers will be needed for each assignment. 

Before leaving for your assignment, check for any cancellation alerts and complete the Safety Training Videos at northogdenorchard.net.

Morning Shifts → 8:30 am - 10:30 am

Evening Shifts → 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Our stake has been assigned to help clean the Brigham City Temple, both grounds cleanup and inside cleaning. As the scheduled dates get closer, a sign-up sheet will be sent around in church.

GROUNDS:

Wednesday, April 8 from 8:00 am - 11:00 am

Thursday, July 9 from 8:00 am - 11:00 am

Six volunteers needed each time. No temple recommend required.

INSIDE CLEANING:

Wednesday, Nov. 11 from 8:45 pm - 12:00 am

Twelve volunteers needed. A current temple recommend is required.

Our ward has been assigned to clean the church building in April, May, and June. We need at least 10 volunteers each week. Families are welcome, and children can participate. A sign-up sheet will be circulated every Sunday from now through June. Please sign up to help keep our building clean and ready for Sunday worship. Contact Brother Hortin with questions or concerns.
